Background

Jacqui Vogel is an interdisciplinary marine scientist working to uncover and elevate the implications of climate change for marine ecosystems, fisheries, ocean governance, and human security. Her background is in ocean-climate science and marine governance and she also worked at the Environmental Defense Fund for several years as a climate-resilient fisheries analyst. Vogel holds M.S. and B.S. degrees in Earth Systems from Stanford University, where she researched ocean-climate interactions and international fishery governance.
