Prior to joining International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), Justin was Head of Data and Analysis at the Internal Displacement Monitoring Centre and a programme officer at what is now UNDRR, where he worked on the Global Assessment Report and analysis of drought risk in particular.
