Third ISC General Assembly

The ISC General Assembly is the premier occasion for ISC Members and Affiliated Bodies, Fellows and partners from all domains of science and regions of the world to meet for cross-disciplinary, strategic discussions on challenges and priorities for international cooperation in science. The ISC General Assembly meets in ordinary session every four years.

The 2025 ISC General Assembly will be hosted by our Member, the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation of Oman, on 26–30 January 2025. It is the first in-person General Assembly of the ISC since the creation of the organization in July 2018.

Participation

All ISC Member organizations, including Affiliated Bodies, are invited to send a delegation of their own selection to the General Assembly. ISC Fellows are also welcome to attend the General Assembly. Other participants are by invitation only.

• All participants should register by completing the online registration form by 30 November.
• If you would like to be considered for a bursary, please complete the bursary online request form by 8 September.
• If your Member organization would like to organize a side event during the open programme on 29 January, please express your interest to organize a side event by 30 September
