Following this occasion, a ceremony was held on the 16th of May, commemorating the official partnership agreement between Sciences Po and the ISC Centre for Science Futures. This alliance cements Sciences Po as one of the esteemed founding partners of the Centre.
Two discussion papers have already been published by the Centre, signalling its commitment to pioneering research and current trends that impact science futures. The first paper delves into the Future of Transdisciplinary Research, demonstrating through history the reason for its emergence and the different issues that must be addressed today for its successful application. Additionally, the Centre has released another compelling paper focusing on the debate around research evaluation and its future, case studies shed light on this critical issue and the open questions lying ahead. The Centre is eager to engage with the public and welcomes reactions and comments on the Transdisciplinary research paper.
