Free to Think 2020: Responding to Attacks on Higher Education

Join Scholars at Risk for a virtual conference to mark its 20th anniversary and the release of its annual monitoring report, Free to Think 2020.

This year’s report documents over 300 attacks on higher education communities worldwide last year, including violent attacks and killings, prosecutions, dismissals, crackdowns on student expression, COVID-19 impacts, and more. The conference will feature experts discussing events in many different countries, and will include SAR partners and SAR-assisted scholars sharing their experiences.

Schedules by time zone and registration information are available at: https://www.scholarsatrisk.org/event/free2think2020/. The event is free, but registration is required.
