The report “The Global State of Young Scientists in Latin America and the Caribbean: An Exploration of Constraints and Strategies” was first published in August 2022 by ISC Member, the Global Young Academy, and analyses the experiences of early-career researchers from Latin America and the Caribbean to contribute to a better understanding of the social contexts in which they develop their careers.
During the webinar, the main findings of the report will be presented and discussed with two prominent experts from the LAC region. Afterwards, participants will be invited to share their ideas about next steps for the work of the GloSYS LAC working group. View the full programme.
