International Society for Analysis, its Applications and Computation (ISAAC) and the International Community of Mathematicians (ICMAM) are pleased to announce that the ISAAC-ICMAM Women in Mathematics Conference 2024 will take place online from 27-29 November 2024.
From 2020, the research organisation ICMAM Latin America (International Community of Mathematicians from Latin America) aims to advance mathematical research in Latin America and the Caribbean, enhance its visibility, and foster collaboration among mathematicians from the region and abroad. The ICMAM conferences will be held biennially, either in a virtual format or in-person. You can find general information about the ICMAM conferences on the website, along with details about the highly active satellite conferences, and about the research programs, some of them supported by the ISAAC (International Society for Analysis, its Applications and Computation), the Department of Mathematics at the Universidad del Valle-Colombia, and by the Ghent Analysis and PDE Center. Since 2024, started receiving funding from the International Mathematical Union (IMU).
Students currently enrolled in master’s or doctoral programs are invited to submit poster proposals using the form (please see submission of poster proposals below).
Please submit your proposal in PDF format on the Poster registration form by October 15th, 2024.
Proposal will be evaluated by an academic committee based on the originality, clarity, and relevance of the topic. Authors of selected posters will be notified by October 31st, 2024.
