Neurodegenerative diseases are the most devastating diseases in the 21st century with huge unmet medical needs. Intensive researches on the fundamental mechanism and disease treatments are urgently needed. In this meeting, the IUBMB provides a platform for discussion on recent advances in neurodegenerative diseases and potentials for therapeutic development, with the intention to build ties and foster collaborations. The theme of the meeting covers Alzheimer’s disease, mocavement disorder, protein aggregation and transmission, and stem cell research. It is a great opportunity for global and local scientists to work together and fight the diseases.
