ISC Member, The Nigerian Academy of Science is convening a stakeholders’ forum on Operational Research in Public Health Emergencies. The objectives of this event are to analyse health research methodology (with reference to COVID-19 research conducted by the Resolve to Save Lives), identify areas of strengths and weakness in existing health research frameworks/protocols using the response to COVID-19 as a case study, and make recommendations for strengthening Nigeria’s capacity to conduct operational research in the context of public health emergencies.
