ISC Member, the Nigerian Academy of Science (NAS), in partnership with the Nigerian Young Academy (NYA), and with support from the InterAcademy Partnership (IAP), are offering a webinar themed “Predatory Academic Practices in Nigeria: Combatting the Scourge“, which is aimed at raising awareness on predatory academic practices and their detrimental effects on Nigerian researchers and the scientific community, as well as providing knowledge, tools, and resources for identifying and avoiding predatory journals and conferences.
