Qinglin Wang

Professor Qinglin Wang is the Deputy Director General of Department of International Affairs, China Association for Science and Technology (CAST). He is currently the Vice President of China Committee for International Science Council.

Prof. Wang received his Bachelor degree in automatic control (1983), Master degree (1990) in control theory and application from the Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT), and Ph.D Degree in control science and engineering from Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) in 1998. He was a visiting professor of University of Alberta, Canada and a senior visiting research fellow in CAS. 

Prior to joining CAST, he served at Beijing Institute of Technology as director of Office of Graduate Academic Affairs, secretary of Academy degree committee of BIT and Director of Office of International Affairs for 25 years.
