The Annual Report for the ICSU Regional Office for Latin America and the Caribbean for the financial year 2007.
Although formally inaugurated in April 2007, the Regional Office initiated its activities in January. Hosted by the Brazilian Academy of Sciences and supported by the Brazilian government, ICSU and CONACYT, Mexico, the Regional Office is now fully operational.
