It has been 30 years since the first Human Development Report was published in 1990, and since that time, our world has changed considerably. Current and impending crises in ecological, health, political, and economic systems have become evident.
It’s time to rearticulate Human Development for the 21st century. The ISC and the United Nations Development Programme invite you to explore these issues and contribute to this new thinking.
The ISC Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific (ISC ROAP), will be hosting a regional Webinar on “Rethinking Human Development” with the aim of encouraging a rethinking of human development at the local level.
As part of a global discussion on the subject area, the ISC aims to promote a diverse discussion on this topic, with webinars being conducted in local languages around the world. This webinar will thus be conducted in Malay.
Please feel free to share this information around to your networks and encourage them to register their interest for the other webinars.
