The 3rd World Conference on Research Integrity will focus international attention on research integrity, responsible conduct of research, and publication of research. Attendees will have opportunities to learn the current state of worldwide progress on research integrity, discuss new challenges and emerging topics, and help shape national and international responses.
The Conference will provide a forum for discussion and exchange of ideas, expertise, and experience among national and institutional leaders, policy makers, research funders, leaders of professional societies, journal editors, publishers, researchers, educators, administrators, and graduate and postdoctoral trainees.

For the first time, the World Conference invites proposals of presentations on empirical research on research integrity and analyses of related topics. Please see the Call for Abstracts for more information.
One outcome of the conference will be a Montreal Statement that will offer guidance on integrity in cross-national, cross-disciplinary and cross-sector research. Attendees will have the opportunity to comment on a draft Montreal Statement, which will be available on this website ahead of the conference. The finalized Statement will be issued after a further one-month comment period following the Montréal conference.
