20th ICSU RCA Meeting and ICSU CFRS Workshop

The Nigerian Academy of Science (NAS) is hosting the 20th International Council for Science (ICSU) Regional Committee for Africa (RCA 20) meeting as well as an ICSU Committee for Freedom and Responsible conduct in Science (CFRS) workshop from 5th to 8th of March 2018, in Abuja, Nigeria.
The RCA 20 meeting will review completed activities of the Office and restructure and provide strategic input into proposed new activities and programmes.

The CFRS workshop which is under the theme “Shaping the future of researchers in developing countries: Strategies for better enabling environment and enhancing the value of research” will attract speakers/moderators from the CFRS, RCA, NAS, UNESCO, the Government of Nigeria and the Nigerian Young Academy.
