The European Association of Development Research and Training Institutes (EADI) general conference, usually held every three years in cooperation with an EADI member since 1975, is a flagship event and “the place to be” for the international Development Studies community. With over 500 participants each time, these major European events are EADI’s largest forum for debate, networking, and research. Each conference centres around a specific topic with high relevance to development research.
The next EADI General Conference, will be held at the Institute of Development Policy (IOB) in Antwerp, Belgium in a hybrid format With the title “Shaping Sustainable Futures: Global Challenges, (G)Local Solutions?”.
