Introduction

The report notes the many contributions of ROAP in the development of Future Earth in Asia, its continuing major role in the development of scientific understanding of natural hazards and risk, its contribution to the growth of research expertise on psychological intervention after disasters, and of the use of the systems approach in research on urban health and well-being.
