International Years and Decades

The ISC endorses or co-sponsors and participates actively in many international scientific events, including International Years or Decades of Science initiated and implemented by ISC Members, the United Nations, and partners.
2024 – 2033

Proposed by the UN with UNESCO to implement with stakeholders such as the ISC and its international scientific unions. Reporting will occur in 2026, 2029 and 2032.
