Yvette d’Entremont

Member of the Expert Panel for the ISC project:
Public Value of Science

Yvette d’Entremont is an American writer and chemist. Her SciBabe blog was launched in 2014 as a side project to debunk common misconceptions about diet and agriculture. After seven months, it was a full time job. Irreverent humour, understandable metaphors, and thorough fact checking has made her a consistently reliable voice in the world of science communications. This year she launched the daily Moment of Science, a daily column focusing on stories of science history. With the same attention to detailed dick jokes as always, the column has been wildly popular. Yvette lives in Los Angeles with her husband, three cats, and a dog, and her first book will be out in 2022.
